Each acre land is to be called a unit/cluster. A person can take any number of units. Max units in this venture is just 40. On full payment, purchased units will be registered with your names within 60 days. Maintenance is free for first 5 years. If the customers need, further maintenance will be undertaken on turnkey basis. You can fund on W or B as per your interest.

The full returns will be treated as "Agricultural income" and will be tax free from farmer's (your) end.
