First transaction is for basis of RR, Place- Pune, Ratio is 7+3 Amount is 10cr, It may be for two times, Means 10cr + 10cr in such kind of same day,

Then if all transaction is move safely and smoothly we make an investment agreement and we do rest all amount for 10+3
