I am a HR Professional with strong ethics in my life. I have a direct US Buyer and few Funders in Chennai.

US company will take Business in Major city/Metro only.

In case of Chennai, it can be completed as follows:

First I can have meeting with the seller and brief the terms and after taking his concurrence, I will arrange to deploy US Company.

1st Day-the RP will be opened and tested by the seller in front of the Buyer representative

And Buyer rep will carry out test if required.

2nd day, again test will be carried out. The Rep will stay with Buyer after 1st day test.

2nd day evening token of 10-20 cr will be given. There after the RP will be brought under joint custody.

3rd onwards, payment will be released to 5th day. By the time US team and DRDO scientist will arrive, they test and enter into MOU.

The total payment will be settled within 35-45 working days.

In case seller need token on 1st day itself, he has to deposit Rs.2 lakhs to Buyer's cordinator account who is in bangalore.

Funder:

1st day tests and token in the evening 2nd day onwards payment settlement.

In my opinion, US deal will be correct and more reliable for full settlement.
