Please do not trust about unknown & invisible millionaire buyer of old banknotes. Let them to come to your place to purchase notes, if they need it or they're a real & biggest buyer of world of Indian currencies.

Furthermore, In this forum maximum people are only acting like a buyer those who were nicely decorates by fraud intention & they're mostly harvested in metropolitan cities of India. Afterwards, they're calling in their fitting place to grab items freely from seller.

I don't thing true buyer will call seller or owner in the foot-path to distribute lakh N lakh rupee cash. They should have registered physical establishments & auction house in specific area. And if your notes really have great value of more then 40 Lakhs then any other 2nd buyer will purchase in lower cost & resell it.
