I above said person, having knowledge of third party salary doing method and experience in the same, third party means multinational or big company having lot of work in the company and they having throughout India their branches and getting work from workers through another company, it will show benefit of Company no other facilities is to provide to workers. Third company is manage all workers payments through out of all company it will benefit to company no staff appointing problem to company and no benefits and other facilities providing to them The main company is giving us workers list and presented days list through out area wise and whatever amount of salary to pay them and the main company transfer the amount to our company and we arrange to transfer salary to their accounts and by NEFT, and those workers bank details are not with us we will prepare cheques and send them to their head office to issuing them Lastly we prepare those workers salary as per contract act exceed the limit we will transfer their name to another company, in any condition worker not get salary we arrange to deposit their bank account after confirming , really he is not get salary tracing duplicate worker, reconciling the account , monthly account tally making time to time govt taxes paying and all other third party salary related work doing.
