My dear friend first of all 35Ac (1&2) cant have unlimited CBDT. Its always 35(1&2) has unlimited approval and IT act of 35(1&2) never has been approved to any temple trust.

Secondly, no national or international donor comes directly comes to any trust. They have their mandates with financial managements agencies like (Finnova or Lincion etc)
