It's a big scam.

No fool in India provide Cash loan without a reasonable proof of barrower or his business or project.

These guys just asking Hawala charges of 1% of loan amount, later they make agreement at clients place is so funny and their intentions are very clear to grab barrowers money in trap.

If you are such huge lender to give cash to anyone anywhere, provide information where you hold new cash. Barrowers directly come to your place and pick the cash and signed your agreement if any.

I m sure, you won't agree for this because you/your party never give anyone a penny as a Cash loan instead of grabbing others money.
