I would like to understand your procedure and terms as i am Mandate of TADASHA LIMITED who are looking to buy Bank Guarantee worth 10 Billion USD / EURO.

I understand it is difficult to work with China Banks and they have different Banking terms still would like you to go through my Proposal and let me know if we can do something. Below i have mentioned important details about my client.

Company is from Hong Kong Receiving Account is Agricultural Bank of China (Mainland) Total requirement is 10 Billion Euro / USD We need it on Purchase not on Lease We are using our Credit Limit to Purchase this BG No upfront, No Pre Charges or Swift Charges No chain of Media/Brokers , We do not work with Brokers chain to save everyone's "TIME"

BCL + POF & BPU Information

1. Would you need POF/BCL? If Yes - we are ready to give POF + BCL but only post receiving the RWA via Swift MT-199. In return we would also send POF + BCL via Swift MT-199.

2. If the Provider is issuing pre-advice via Swift MT-799 then we will issue the ICBPO (Bank Payment Confirmation) via Swift MT-799.
