Unsecured Debt for 3-5 years at 7.5% interest rate available through NBFC. No collateral. Just that 10% of the debt amount has to be given as DD (Demand Draft) or BG (Bank Guarantee). We will take PDC (Post Dated cheques) of Interest and Principal repayments.

Compliance is a must - CIBIL should be fine, Loan accounts should be regular, there should be no cheque bounces, the Directors of the company should not be on Board of any other company which is a defaulter.
