We have healthy Ngo at kolkata and others area. And they are able to take cashback donations. But there are some procedures between that.

After taking all of relevant documents and checked by doner you have to give welcome letter from them. We have to receive welcome letter minimum 2day before the working day. When we received that letter the ngo should give the willingness letter and the work will start.

The doner will come over the Ngo office and the documents and KYC will be exchange both of them. After completing all the formalities doner give an RTGS to ngo account. And then and then with in 30 mins the ngo will give the cashback amount. No cash show before the RTGS. This is the formal procedures. If the cashback amount is big then doner should give us 2 hours time on the same day.

If the doner eagerly want to see the cash before the deal then the doner should see the cash in the vault of our bank. Then when the RTGS should done we pull up that cash and loaded with in 2 hours.

Nobody show that huge cash before the RTGS or before the receiving of welcome letter. If anybody say this is a wrong process and the work shouldn't be done.
