ITR of Owners & Company/Society. 07. Last 6 Months Bank Statement. 08. Last Year Audit Report Of Company. 09. Collateral Security Details. 10. Details Of Previous Loan Running\Closed If Any.

Note:

• Maximum 40% Of Collateral Security As Per Valuated By Chartered Engineer Will Be Funded As A Loan.
• Maximum Tenure will be 5 years & minimum will be 3 years only.
• We Do not Charge Any Up-front Processing Fee, however A Nominal Initial Documentation Charges To Create The Proposal & Obtain Cibil Details Will Be Charges Which Is Non Refundable & Proposal Copy With Redefined Filling Will Be Sent To Customer Before Submitting For Funding.
• 5% Of Total Funded Amount Has to Be Paid As Service Charges & Processing Fee After Disbursement Of Loan.
