i have a trust in mumbai and i need 500 cr to build a chain of schools.

the project will be offered as collateral for the loan. i need a 20 year loan where interest will be payable each year and the principal will be repaid at the end of the tenure in one shot.

im ok with paying 17 percent commission. im not keen to spend any money upfront under any head.
