This Rs 30000 is his transport, bording and lodging only. If the seller shows the material. he repays the amount and gives the advance on spot after successful test. Rs 200000 is only payable for bringing the scientist. That to the company pays we dont have to pay. This procedure is followed by only by the direct licence holders only.
