I have direct trust with 50 liquid... trustee requirement is

Terms sheet against 50 Cr liquid work proposal from Company to Trust at Mumbai location :-

(1) One day before working day, Donor Company has to arrange physical Bank varification with Trustees

(2) After Bank varification, the very next date is working day

(3) Same person will be allowed to liquid location on next day at 10am without any mobile & has to move location with Trustees own car, person cannot go with Company car or any Ola/Uber

(4) once Company person seen 50 Cr Liquid & check at random in all cartoons, then he has to make Phone call to his Company Directors for 15 Cr RTGS

(5) Once 15 Cr RTGS credit in Trust account, then Company person can call their Q-Q Team for counting

(6) After Q-Q Team completed cash counting of full Liquid amount, then rest dues amount RTGS should be transfer in Trust account

(7) When full Donation amount credited in two part into Trust account & Donation Letter/ Board Resolution / PAN Card copy handover to Trustees, then Company can load full liquid amount in their own CMS Van & can leave that place

(8) Liquid Location is ground floor without CC Camera at Mumbai
