99% i agree with you. Lots of indians looking for offline and pre auth they don't have any knowledge how this business works. Just dealing with brokers and idiots. Offline transactions cannot be done in india, only 2 steps pre auth possible but its all chargeback. I load cards for offline and auth completion since 3 years so i know very well where to find offline. so indians don't waste your valuable time. i wasted my 2 years in this and now i am glad that i did not give up. indians pls stay away its not ur cup of tea.
