Want US/UK/CANADA empty Credit cards (including AMEX) for loading & unloading process at Chennai only. We also can do only loading, If card holder can give payout.

People who knows the process & aware of the deal, can contact me. You should be able to provide :

1. Physical card 2. Login access 3. Login support (OTP/passcode/security quesries , etc) 4. Passport copy of holder

People who fear about giving physical card, should understand, money cannot be unloaded without final authorization from card holder side through OTP/PIN number. So without the consent of holder, money can't be taken out.
