* On the Event of Transaction, 3 members of the Panel will arrive at the meeting point by 930 am, and the Seller/Custodian has to lead them to the Location of the Article within the next Half hour, which has to be within Half Km. And the Spot for Testing has to be conducive and comfortable for performing the basic Symptomatic Tests. Pls ensure the Article is within City/Town Limits.

* On arrival at the Location, the Seller has to Un Pack and Submit the Article, place it on a Wooden/Glass Table for Validation /Testing. Further the Panel will Perform the Basic Symptomatic Tests of Torch, Metal - Rice, Rice - Rice, Needle, Potatoes and Pencil, and pack the Article with basic packing Material in the Presence of the Seller/Custodian.

* Within the Next Three to Four Banking hours a Commitment Token of Three to Five Crore INR will be delivered at the Spot to the Seller/ Custodian by the MD of the Organisation. If required, another basic test will be occurred before handing over the Token of Commitment.

* The Team will stay put at the Location and organise for the further process of Transaction For the Next Day. Meanwhile, will detail the Complete Process of Transaction, Divulge the Constitution of the Organisation along with the Director's Profile to the Seller/Custodian and Sign an MOU.

* On the Next Day Cash of Twenty Five crores INR will be Delivered at the Spot and the Article will be taken into Joint Custody as per the Comfort of the Seller/Custodian. The place of Joint Custody will be decided amicably.

* Cash disbursements will occur for the Next Seven to Eleven Days based on the Requirement and comfort of the Seller/Custodian and the Facilitators.

* Meanwhile, the Process of Legaliseing the Article will be initialized within the Next 48 hours counted from the Second Day of Token, as the Legal Panel of the Organisation will Arrive at the Spot, conduct the Official Tests and pack the Article with Official Packing(Lead Travel Bag with a Velcro) without GPS, further execute the Official Documention and keep it under Joint Custody as per the Sellers Comfort.

* The Procurement of Declaration : Bar Codes, Insurance, Grant, Approval and Clearances pertaining to Legal Aspects of the Article as well as the Payment in the Account will Occur within Twenty one Working Days.

* Within the Window TIME of Twenty One Working Days the Sale Proceeds will be paid to the Seller/ Custodian and the Facilitators as per their Requirements.

* As this process of Account Payment is completed, the Seller/Custodian and the Facilitators has to confirm the Receipt of Account Payments. After which the Article Will be released out of Custody and parted with, by the Company Panel and Declare the Transaction Officially Closed.
