once again i have started getting calls about account in citibank hsbc etc. handicap trust. so let me again clarify for those who have money and think they can become ambani overnite

1. the handicap section for trusts was scrapped in the IT act 20 years ago. so no section no trust. all papers are farji.

3. foreign banks are now required to report any hot money transaction over one crore to tax department. hot money ka matlab aaj paisa aya account me kal nikala . besides the foreign banks have closed such accounts over last few years.donation can be taken in any bank in india.
