No buyer in the world will ever visit seller place and do business, unless seller pay some fees. Even funder will also require some amount from the seller. Don't waste your time with the hope that there will be a miracle happen and you will become a millionaire and if anyone approaches you saying that they can close the deal as per your terms than don't trust such persons(as they will be nothing else but time wasters), because if like this process business done, then anyone need not to roaming for years to do business, just think logically. As you want serious and genuine closing of the deal than you will have to invest some required amount. Rest is your choice...

Sellers and media are spoiling the deal themselves only with their conditions that buyer has to accept their conditions.

Do you know one thing if a person has RP and someone who is dealing RP, his mind keeps on changing time to time and he will not be in constant mode,this is one more characteristics of RP material(sharing my experience to forum users)
