Mode of Work: Investment/ Loan/ Sale-Purchase/ Donation

With: Pvt.Ltd./ Partnership/ Proprietor/ Society/ Trust/ Section 8 Company

Against Cash or Cash Holding/ FD/ Bond (Profit Surplus) or Compensation Amount.

Process:

If Receiver ready by all means he will send all the doc. along with Complete Project Report.

The File will be Verified by third party Audit team.

After getting Approval Receiver will be informed by the Registered Media with Sender Company

Receiver will return back the Term sheet duly signed and sealed along with the Distribution Chart.

Logistics will be informed to perform on scheduled slot.

On the day of performance Logistics will send Collection Executive to the Location for Slot confirmation.

Flight Ticket of the Collection Executive will be provided by the Receiver.

Collection Executive will provide his Authorization to the Receiver.

Receiver will deposit the Slot Confirmation Amount to the Nominated Current Account sent by Logistics through RTGS/ IMPS.

Collection Executive will make live DD of the same Amount as the security of the amount and hand it over to the Coordinator.

The DD shouldn't be withdrawn by the Receiver until the work completed successfully.

Within an hour KYC Manager along with unarmed security and Advocate ( if required) will be there with Complete details of the Subsidiary Indian Donor Company, Penalty Cheque and Full Authorization.

KYC Manager will give pull out from that account.

KYC Showcase of both side will get over within an hour.

KYC Manager will be taken to the Fund for random verification.

After random verification KYC Manager will initiate 2% of the Sender's Principal Amount and inform Q&Q team.

Q&Q team with Security, Vehicle and Currency counting and authenticity machine will reach to the Fund and check the Fund thoroughly.

In case of Profit Surplus Amount endorsement both parties will enter into legal agreement in this phase in presence of the Advocate. KYC Manager and Coordwill enter as witness in the agreement.

After successful counting or agreement process gets over KYC Manager will initiate rest amount to Receiver's account through RTGS and also the commission of the Coordinators to their account according distribution chart.

The Fund transferred will be Verified by Receiver and Coordinators.

Then KYC Manager and the team will move from the Location.

Slot Confirmation Amount is Mandatory: 15 Lac for 02 Cr to 29 Cr Fund 25 Lac for 30 Cr to 49 Cr Fund 35 Lac for 50 Cr to 99 Cr Fund 50 Lac for100 Cr and above Fund
