If your recipient has communicated the following: 1. "I won't provide DD assurance." In that case, please visit the bank to make an RTGs booking for the donor company, and we will provide an equivalent amount of live DD assurance at the same time, which will be held in joint custody. Alternatively, we can handle the booking on behalf of the receiver and will require the same amount of DD assurance without the need for double the amount. If neither option is feasible, we regret that we won't be able to proceed. 2. "I will provide all the documents on-table." No problem, kindly arrange air tickets for our three representatives, and we will conduct the KYC process on-site. If you are unable to provide funds for the air tickets, you can send the PDF documents, and we will accommodate your request without any upfront payment. If neither option is feasible, we regret that we won't be able to proceed. 3. "Tell me the name of the donor company first." We respectfully decline to disclose the name of the donor company at this stage.
