This guy Rana will ask 5000 rupees before as a fees so that he and some guy from RBI will come and check the note and then will decide how much u will get. I dont think its a good idea giving him 5000 rupees b4 hand. If anybody has tried this guy then please let others also know about it so that others can also go with him. But with my experience no no no.
