After this 5% token to seller & 1% to mediator will released after signing & agreement & schedule for the balance payment & mode of payment will be mention in the final agreement.

After token is released Murti will be kept in join custody will be handed over to buyer after F&F payment to seller & mediator.

DEMAND IS 130 CR + 20% service charges for mediator.
