An appraiser gets anywhere from Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000 per visit, isn't that so? A company gets 2.5 lacs to about 10 lacs depending on what you can show. This is not a joke anymore. If you have the certificates, even if it's FAKE, you earn money.
