I have 5 deer cd deshmukh .original.have tested in jug of water full one hour but nothing happen.deal will be in darbhanga(bihar).

Tested near tv picture disturb.bulb fuse after 5min continue on.radio noises differently. Many time tested but one company tester keep in water for one hour.after that not anyworking now plz advice sir how to check now.so stuped tester of that company.plz help to sell.
