B2W Deal We need W party

Terms and Condition :-

1. Escrow will be done by both party before a day.(minimum 2lakh and maximum 3 lakh) 2. performance timing will be 10:30 to 11:00 am. 3. Transaction will be done by only from private Limited. 4. Account verification only with authorize person. 5. Signature verification also. 6. Successfully verification of point no. 4 and 5 "B" party will give 1% token. 7. Balance should be minimum before a day closing. No CC OD or other loan account. 8. Company name along with kyc will produceafteraccount verification and before DD prepration from "B" funder. 9. Fund "W" party either can recieve in bank or maximum 2 k.m. surrounding area from bank. 10. "W" party has to inform through SMS bankname, bank place,dated time before a day. 11. Minimum transaction 5 cr. 12. escrow place delhi and movement can be placed anywhere.
