Hi, this is kept with a bank manager. I don't know if its having any value or not. Someone if are ready to buy this will be knowing what its worth and what to do with it, so how this a scam. May be some thing similar would have happened before does not mean all are fake. A buyer will always verify its authenticity so why worry. Let's see what buyer says...
