Our procedure is with escrow of rupees 5L to 5cr.

In any 5* or 7* hotel.

All the expense of hotel will be done by us. Not seller.

Escrow would be a form of commitment charges.

Escrow location will be Mumbai ONLY.

But we can execute deal in any city all over the INDIA.

We don't want to do any meetings. We don't want to see client's bank statement/ fund source/ fund proof.

To make fresh FD, Client requires tax paid fund and all the legal documents will be brought in bank only on the decided date of performance.

You just have to inform us 4-5 hours before for the escrow in any 5* or 7* hotel. And arrangements will be done by us only.
