We believe in proper business, pure and transparent Trading. the person who is between me and buyer is Retired IAS Officer. And he is d one who had make a deal of RP before Also. He says only one thing " i dont trust you, you also dont trust me. Rather believing on each other we will have an Escrow at your place in Mumbai. and Then we will proceed" and one thing once you ready for d Escrow at that time buyer will show all d required documents to make u satisfied.

i also have one more buyer. they dont take any fees. But they make an Agreement with Direct Owner and proceed for final movement. After that if owner fails to show d article with prior Tests and Functions, he will got arrested by Government Of India. and he will not get bell for minimum of 9 Years. if your material is checked and it has all functions. and party fail to give u d money on given time. they will gv u Penalty (as per Agreement) on d Spot.
