Donor shall show to trustee Authorized person ,Authorization letter & company I'd latest after escrow is done

Next Day -.

1) Company will pull out bank statement from bank, verified by Bank manager and B party will verify it accordingly. After verification, B party will show liquid of 25cr at decided place. 2) Once cash verified , KYC will be exchanged by both parties and Q & Q will be done simultaneously. 3) RTGS / Transfer with premium of 15% to trust and 5% to Media of both sides. 4) B party Trust will confirm the receipt of RTGS in acc within 15 min. 5) B party will allow W party to load the material into CSM ,( after deduction of B part media commission). 6) Donor shall hand over letter of intent (willing to donate Indian fund declaration) and trust shall hand over request letter . 7) B party trust will allow the loaded CMS van to leave the premises.

Note- 1. RTGS + authorization letter +ID all will be from same company .
