I hear by inform u that , we buy a genuine   rp only. i am buying RP for only gov organization . no fees no moving charges. we need only certain test.

        METHODOLOGY OF WORKING

1.   The Seller will have to provide us with Tests(*) of the material. The test sample, if approved by   the Lab of the Institute will then make way for further movement in this matter.

2. Once the Test sample is proved positive, the Seller has to provide a Consent Letter on a Rs. 500/- non-judicial Stamp Paper with complete prove of identity as Self attested photocopies of Voter Id Card / Adhaar Card, PAN Card (If any) along with passport size photographs affixed on the consent letter. The format for Consent Letter will be provided to you at a later date. (This applies to all works done in West Bengal)

For outstation jobs, once the test is approved by the authorities, the Custodian of the Material will have to come down to Kolkata to make an agreement with the authorities to initiate the start of the project. The terms and conditions are so set so as to bind the Custodian of the Material as well the Buyer to start the deal.

3. Once the Agreement is done satisfactorily as mutually approved by both the parties, the Institute shall move with its own team and reach the address of the site as provided by the Seller in his/her declaration.

4.   At the site of the material, the Seller will offer the material for testing again (known as similarity check) to the authorised personnel. Once approved, the Custodian of the Material will be apprised the value of the material at rates prevailing on the date.

5.   Thereafter, the Custodian of the Material will indicate his/ her monetary demand including those of the media persons too as required to the personnel . The Buyer will pay a token amount of Rs. 10 cr only (in Cash) at the site to initiate the takeover process. Necessary papers such as Agreement Papers, etc. will be provided at site and the Seller will have to give his/her signature for the same.   

6. The material will then be moved into Joint Custody at a safe place (either a Star Category Hotel / Resort ) for Safe custody of the material at the mutual consent of the Seller and Buyer.

7. The payment / compensation awarded for the material will be made both by Cash and at Bank as mutually decided by the Seller / Buyer.

8. The material will be in Joint Custody until the entire process of payment is complete. The approximate estimated time is 60 working days which excludes Saturdays, Sundays & other Govt. holidays. The time period will also depend upon the volume of the payment. 9. Once the entire payment process is complete (for all the people involved in the deal), and the money as provided by the Buyer is usable from their respective Bank accounts, a NOC (No objection certificate) is to be issued by the Custodian of the Material to hand-over the material to the Buying authorities from joint custody which will result in completion of the deal.

  *   Test Means, the Test Sample to be provided to judge the genuinity of the material. 

Test Media :   Plastic Torch with two bulbs containing 2 Nos. 1.5V batteries with Paper Cover.    Two Nos. of Kodak 400 or Fuji 400 Film Rolls.    The tests collected will have to be securely provided to us for Lab Testing.
