The procedure of working with an Auctioneer i.e; Auction house is as follows: •Firstly the owner(seller) has to take some tests like Mercury Thermometer test (3 pieces of glass mercury thermometer), Torch test (plastic torch with filament bulb and white paper battery ; 2 pieces of torch), Digital watch test(3 pieces of plastic children digital watches) & Kodak 400 camera reel test ( 2 films (reels) of Camera Kodak 400). All the procedure of obtaining test and packing the sample test will be given separately. • After the successful completion of obtaining test, the test will be brought to Kolkata(West Bengal) where we will take it to the B.R.C.(Bhaba Atomic Research Centre) laboratory for approval. Remember that firstly we will do eye test before taking the sample to verify the test because we have to pay fees of laboratory before submitting it to the lab, so for our convenience we do eye test because we pay the fees of laboratory. We will open any 2 items out of 10 items to check the sample. If we find those 2 items OK then we will take the remaining 8 items to the laboratory and if we don't find those 2 tests positive then we will return all 10 items (8 closed sample items + 2 open items to the owner) and we will not submit that sample to the laboratory. So, taking the sample test efficiently is very important point because all further work will only depends on the sample. • If we find the sample positive after doing eye test then we will bring the sample to the laboratory. After the approval of sample by the Laboratory, there will be an agreement signed between the Owner & the Auctioneer. Auctioneer will not come for agreement, his agent will work on behalf of the Auctioneer. In that Agreement all the details of Auctioneer will be given including his EP3 license and fund proof and the owner can bring his/her lawyer for convenience if he/she wants to bring the lawyer. Remembere one thing that the Auctioneer will provide his details "only after the approval of sample". The Auctioneer will not provide the details before the approval of sample, this is the most important point. After the signature of owner on agreement after reading it carefully, a token amount (cash in white with proper receipt) will be given to the owner as a gift. • After that, the procedure of obtaining chemical test will be done by the team for obtaining the nanograms of iridium and a joint custody will be held at the owner's house or owner's desired place. • After the joint custody, almost 30 to 35 working days will be taken by the Auctioneer to provide NOCs to the owner & beneficiaries and after the successful delivery of NOCs to the owner & beneficiaries, the owner and beneficiaries are now free to use the total money credited in accounts. Remember one thing that the Auctioneer will provide almost 5 more working days after providing NOCs to ensure the working condition of the money credited in accounts so that the owner and beneficiaries get satisfied that the total money provided to the owner & beneficiaries is in working condition..... it means that the owner and beneficiaries can in & out his/her money for satisfaction and can also purchase whatever he/she wants to buy and after 5 more days given by the Auctioneer, the Auctioneer will release the joint custody and will take that article to his desired place. • Remember we need not any fees by the owner for working because there is no condition of fees in the working system of Auctioneer. • You are free to ask any question if you find anything inconvenient in this statement.
