We are inviting any Indian construction company, having FDI* compliant construction project in major Indian metro cities, can qualify for receiving FDI* funding options from such International funding companies. The rate of interest for such FDI* funding, vary between 9% to 12.5%, depending upon the project and profile of the borrowing company.

The requirements are:

1. The company shall be an Indian entity

2. KYC of the company

3. All relevant three year financials of the company

4. FDI compliant construction project : a. Municipal Corporation sanctioned plan b. Minimum salable area 20,000 sq. mtr. c. Maximum project valuation can be upto 5,000 cr. 5. Co-laterals that can be offered

We work directly with authorized company officials or with original mandate holders only.

Our group does not charge any upfront fees, nor do we charge any fees on sanction letter. We only charge success fees which are payable only after the borrowing party receives FDI funding.
