please only trust in Tamilnadu reply. All meetings and transaction to be done in Chennai only preferably. Multiple media please avoid this deal because the Donor Company is strict about multiple media. Direct trust or Anybody has direct trust, let me know.

We have requested company to avoid Booking money or DD, to keep the deal simple & fast. Similarly we want unconditional support from trust side.

Simple 80G trust should be fine as there is no specific requirement from company. Papers exchanged and verified only across table.
