DD to RTGs ( NEED PVT LTD COMPANY with Surplus fund ) (ADV - Financial)
Ahhh. I knew it. Sister concern is the catch. As per companies act 1956 and the amended act 2013, sister concern is a co in which the parent co holds more than 75% shares and the top management incl the board of directors are one and the same. In case there is a mismatch as per above on day2, what is the penalty u will pay for this.
Coming back to the principles of natural justice, u dont have a problem with the donor co and its sister concern but u say the dd issuing co and the fund receiving co cannot have the same director. Why this anomaly ?
