hello jay what r u trying to prove urself ha? we r just asking test procedure n shedule of payments on paper work at the time of MOU and after that we r ready to keep 1cr escrow for funder's safety n after keeping escrow in bank lockers in wit joint account we are asking to tell company name n tester name.. u think that is d big deal? den wat about some sellers simply ask to get 50cr r 100cr r 10cr to sellers place r dey ask they want see for confirmation wit out giving any details r proofs of material , n simply ask company name n profile of company wit out intial MOU r keeping escrow... leave that u told there r many fake companies rite? then tell me ur company name n send me d profile of ur genuine company... we r jst asking keep everything on paper at the time of MOU.. u cant do at least that small work then how can i believe ur company will give crores of money ha.... plz dude stop asking non-sense qstns ...
