1) we deal and meet only with direct parties and that too only in delhi. No mediators at all. Direct mediator is entertained but should come with direct party.

2) we do not entertain anybody asking to show window or bank statement or balance sheet.

3) we ask the b party to bring cash and then we count and verify and do rtgs. Once the utr num is given to b party then we take hold of the cash.

4) we transact from multiple accounts for all transactions. Before the starting of the transaction the b party must provide us the banking details atleast 24hrs ahead where the rtgs will be done.

5) our charge is 4% and we do not cover anybody. We start 1st transaction only with 1cr till both parties get into confidence and then the next transactional volume is decided on table.

If all these terms are agreed by b party then the first meeting should be with first transaction and not just a casual meeting.
