√ To supply gold outside  country of origin , export documentation must carry the buyers name as the consignee . Shipping of the goods will be on buyer name as Consignee . So buyer must arrange his own logistics . As we have a valid export licence and we pay the export duty , buyer must make arrangement with g4s / malca -amit / Brinks / reputed airline or cargo companies for logistics from country of origin to country of destination and pays directly cargo fee to arranged shipping company and shows us proof
√ Collateral : We shall also deposit in our bank , equivalent value of gold on buyer's name to insure buyer cargo expenses additionally
√ Buyer imports , pays import duty and clear customs at country of destination and lift to his nominated refinery
√ Final payment of the cost of gold will be paid, after Assay report "excluding" shipping fees

√ Bank Comfort Letter is not PoF and bank instrument . To issue bcl , buyer need not have to block funds . It won't guarantee existence of funds nor purchase by buyer .It is just to filter buyers

101% NON-NEGOTIABLE SOP :

★ Once ( in person at Dindigul or scanned copy thru mail ) I see Bank Balance Statement / ATM Statement for minimum 7crore (min 25kgs) , we invite buyer for direct meeting with seller at his office in Tamil NAD . We accept Sanitised Statement . Just before meeting , original copy shall be shown at Seller City .

★ "End Buyer" - "END Seller" meet ( Mandate or Mediator can accompany end buyer ) at his office in Tamil NAD ( Coimbatore , Erode , Tirupur , Karur , Salem , Madurai )

★ After verification by seller , End Buyer - End Seller proceed to SBI select branch in which seller safekeeps gold .

★ SBI officer verifies Bank Balance . At the time of verification , if funds are insufficient , deal will be cancelled immediately

★ Metal will taken out of locker and shown to buyer for verification at SBI .

★ Buyer must come with testing equipment , verifies gold . Non-Destructive assay only allowed .

★ Immediate Payment by DD and buyer takes metal with bill . RTGS will not be accepted

★ 5% discounts on Mumbai rates

NB :  After two or three deals , buyer shall ask seller's help for accepting rtgs payment and delivery to buyer bank and more concessions . Negotiating before that with end up in termination of TTM/trial
