2 MW are in one name and in one location and 1MW + 1MW in two different names (but adjacent bits of land (survey nos. consecutive) at a nearby location.
The offer is simple and straight forward:
1. Outright takeover amount (one time- no more connections with PPA Holder) :: Rs. 2.5 Crores per MW. This is very viable when compared to other offers with Rs.1.60 per kWhr and good will, which comes to about Rs. 6.8 Crores per MW in the long run.
2. Facilitators Fee : Rs. 15 Lakhs per MW
The advantages of this offer are as follows:
1. The project location is in one of the best solar Insolation zones and comes to about 5.9.
2. SPV making is easy because, all the three parties are relatives, under the control of one person.
3. All the three are under BESCOM, with revolving L/C payment security, which is acclaimed as the best in India as on today.
