PROCEDURE : TERMS AND CONDITION OF PREMIUM WORK OF 20 CR .(FINAL UPDATED)

A party having premium fund.
B party having liquid fund.
1st Day
Escrow of 2 Lacs in any vip hotel with Digital locker ( A-party and B-party),Room rent shared by both party.
2nd Day
A-party will provide company authorisation letter proceed to the place of liquid for verification. During Q&Q, Current statement will be shown to B Party.

After Q&Q, RTGS will be sent to B-party account along with 15%+ KYC.

Then the liquid will be handed over to A-party by B-party. After release of the liquid to A-party , disclaimer will be issued.

Media payment will be given.(2.5% + 2.5%)

If any party will default the above mentioned conditions, then his or her Escrow amount will be forfeited.

Escrow Process-

•Star Hotel with Digital locker booked by B Party.
•Hotel room rent shall be shared equally.
•Both Party show their escrow amount 15 min Before 6 pm.
•Hotel Escrow of 2 Lacs, between 6.00pm-7.00 pm.

NOTE: If A party failure in escrow they bounded to pay 1 lacs as damage to B Party.If B party failure in escrow they bounded to pay 1 lacs as damage to A party.
