TERMS AND CONDITION OF PREMIUM WORK OF 10 C for TRUST- Kolkata
A party having premium fund.

B party having liquid fund.

A party pays premium of 10%+5% for TRUST

Step 1

Both the parties enter into Escrow of 2 -5 Lakhs in a 5 Star Hotel one day in

advance. Alternatively, they may sit with commitment money of 2 Lakhs cash 1.5 hr

before the transaction.

Step 2

A-party will provide company authorisation letter and then proceed to the place of

liquid for verification.

During Q & Q, both party exchange their KYC.

B party has to submit :- KYC, Certificate of approval of Proeject either by the Bank

or WBIDC or WBFC or Dept of Industries, Govt. of West Bengal.

After Q&Q, RTGS/Transfer will be sent to B-party account.

Then the liquid will be handed over to A-party by B-party.

After release of the liquid to A-party , disclaimer & UTR will be issued.

Media payment will be given at the same time.
