Work Procedure for Premium / Trade Fund

A Party - Having Premium Fund

B Party - Having B Fund

DAY ONE

1. Discussion between parties then Escrow in the evening on

.........................between 6 pm to 7pm

in....,.......................................... Hotel of Rs. 5,00,000/- each.

2. Work day schedule will be discussed at the time of escrow.

DAY TWO

1. A party authorised representative will visit the Escrow hotel in the morning

prior to departure to the materials site and handover company name and ROC of party

A which is giving premium to authorised representative of B party only. Both the

party representatives must show their respective valid authorisation letters.

2. Then both the party representatives will reach the location of B party's material

between 9 am to 10am. Before reaching the site B party authorised representative will

be shown the fund proof statement of A party by hiding the company name and account

number. It is expected that both the parties will reach the place with all necessary

arrangements. A party will bring their own counting machines.

3. B party will show the physical to A party. A party shows the authentic latest fund

proof statement to B party. B party hands over its receiving company details and KYC

to A party.

4. B party will handover physical to A party for Q&Q.

5. After successful Q&Q, A party representative will inform A party signatory to

give RTGS to B party.

6. A party will load physical in their vehicles.

7. A party will handover UTR code, disclaimer and KYC to B party.

8. Escrow will be returned if work successfully completed, otherwise defaulter's

escrow will be forfeited.

9. Minimum transaction 20 Cr Up to 49cr ratio 15%+5%. For 50cr and above ratio 20%+5%

10. Commission Split up A + B ( 2.5% + 2.5% )
