Here are the details about a RP in a village near Dindigul:

Weight is approximately 25 kg with out packing and approx 45 kg with packing

The article was found in a village area in dindigul Tamil Nadu.
It is wrapped in 20 layers of Teflon and 5 layers of normal packing
Ownership has already been registered and test results available. The buyer can do any tests for confirming. All expenses including jackets , chemicals and other materials should be borne by the buyer.

It was packed in 2014 by scientist Vijayanath of Kodak metals. Recently in September 2016 four layers were opened by scientist Antony Lizzie of Pishon Precious metals.

First of all , a meeting of buyer and media should be arranged. Then I will arrange for the meeting of the owner and custodians' with the buyer. If the parties reach an agreement all documents such as ownership registration certificate, test report, Drdo packing code etc. shall be given to the buyer. The buyer can conduct scientific tests to confirm. After confirming, buyer has to pay advance and start the required procedures
