For Our Mumbai 's work companies authority person are coming to Mumbai before coming they will inform us before 2 days .
They want direct meeting with trust only who's trustees signatory person . In meeting they will show all kyc and documents with fund proof After that they will see all documents of trust . They will make agreement with trust with mou . Same day or next day before doing RTGS trust have to show them liquid in Mumbai and Kolkata ( in same day they will make RTGS 48cr.+48cr. ) after showing 15cr.( Kolkata) and rest amount in Mumbai they will make RTGS. Trust can check in out of that RTGS. Then they have to release liquid.
This work is should be like this only . Ratio will be 50 for donor : 40 for trust : 10 for media .
Make clear these points to trust after companies authorities coming there should be not having any issue that they don't aware of this things .

Make it clear and do let me know as soon as possible. They want trust name today itself .
