Finanace procedure:
1. First you need to send ongoing project report with 3 months current bank statement and Profit/Loss with Balance sheet statement and kyc ( aadhar card )
2. If financer is ready to finance your project a meeting will be arranged at financer office.
3. Loan in Cash ( not in books ) then:-
* Rate of interest 6%.
* Promissory note will be made.
* Loan amt will be 75% of ongoing project.
4. Loan in books then:-
* Rate of interest 9% (White)
* Mortgage Agreement will be made.
* Loan amt will same as above.
5. 2 to 3% Commission at one shot on total amount you get loan from financer
6. Cash : Books ratio 70 : 30 and 60 : 40
