7. Cancelled cheque.

8. List of Trustee.

9. BANK RECEIVING CAPACITY LETTER.

10. NITI AYOG REGISTRATION FIRST 2 PAGES COLOURED.

11. REQUEST LETTER FOR DONATION WITH PHOTO OF TRUSTEE ATTESTED AND SIGNED.

12. LATEST BANK STATEMENT.

13. COPY OF REGISTERED DEED OF TRUST.

14. TRUST EXE BODY RESOLUTION FOR DONATION AND AUTHORISATION OF TRUSTEE TO RECEIVE DONATION AND SIGN DOCUMENTS ETC.
