SBLC credit/ monetize

our company had received RWA from our close friend for which we need your help and support to get the job done for which we are requesting you to send company details with credentials on whose account we are going to monetize the SBLC and also the detail proposal how we are going to proceed further.
The cost of SBLC is 500 M Euro the RWA is issued from Barclay's bank UK and is given by bank to one is a Singapore company and they are ready to give it to me so wants your help to monetize it

Can you please confirm if the RWA issued is via Swift or email..
Has the RWA been verified and confirmed from receiver bank..
