If owner is ready for samples then no expense will be of owner.
If he is not providing samples/Nor Proof then book 2 tickets of checkers they will come to airport and pick up to your place and there do n legal agreement on your place with KYC and after that they will take samples and hand over to the owner and they will bear all the expenses from location till laboratory that is in Kolkata.
Owner dont have to give any advance payment nor auction house give single penny before laboratory.
After samples lab token will be given after 5 hours. And 40Hours of stay will be in Kolkata. Total expenses will be of auction house. After that auction house team will come to your article and take second samples and pack ur article for confirmation
And after that Gov. Metallurgist/Scientists will come and open the article and pack the article at ur place As you say.
After that final MOU will be signed and given period of time your payment will be released after that 10 day auction house members will stay with you and will teach you transaction process after that they will Ask for NOC (NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE) after that they will take article. Before that no one will move ur article.
No laboratory Address Nor names will be given to you.
