FD will be assigned for complete term. Seller will have NO RIGHT over it after assignment is completed.

Process :- (when existing FD is going to be assigned):

On the date of the work, W (buyer of FD) and B (Seller of FD) to reach bank between___A.M. TO_______A.M. sharp.

B to carry original FD certificate, Company Profile incl PAN / TAN, Signatory's Original Passport and PAN Card (Mandatory), and an additional address proof if address on Passport is not the Current Address. All Original document will be verified.

Seller must pull out statement from the date when he made FD .

FD Seller ask the bank manager to pull out latest BRL.

Once FD and Company and Signatory details are verified along with FD "source of fund" proof, An agreement will be signed on the FD assignment performance. 2% of the FD amount will be paid through RTGS in the B's account which is linked to the FD.

"W" will also show "B" minimum 104 % of FD amount in their first channel account by giving pull-out in the bank.

Day 3 and Day 4:
108 % will be paid in RTGS to the FD linked account.

The rest of the amount (as per negotiation and agreement) will be paid in the form as per negotiated (B or W) and through as pre negotiated medium (Cash, First Channel Bank Transfer, Second Channel Transfer, Angadia) as intended by the B party (This has to be finalized before payment of Booking / Commitment amount).

Mediators to be paid in full (as per negotiation and agreement).

Deed of Assignment will be signed and Processed simultaneously.

All other documents as deemed necessary will be signed and completed.

The performance will be hence deemed complete.
NOTE:

Min FD amount 50 cr.

Balance sheet and last three year it retune must be presented.

Branch details to be communicated along with the booking.

Branch details once confirmed cannot be changed at a later stage under any circumstance.

FD work can be processed STRICTLY through Mother Branch (the branch from where FD has been made).The above terms and conditions are agreed.
