Want PHYSICAL CARD in CHENNAI.
IF NO PHYSICAL, THEN NEED CARD OWNER RELATED PERSON IN CHENNAI AS GUARANTEE, WHO SHUD CAPABLE OF SELF PAYMENT.

We prefer empty card only.
We will LOAD & UNLOAD the card & give the card holder his share for lending the card for deal.
